Maddie Shine

I love working in real estate because I genuinely thrive on problem solving and helping my clients get the best outcome possible. I’m competitive by nature, I don’t shy away from a challenge, and I’ll always work hard to protect my clients’ best interests; whether that means negotiating a strong offer, working through a tough situation, or finding a way forward when things get complicated.
Fort Wayne has always been home, and I’ve been lucky to build a career here in more ways than one. Before real estate, I worked in local television news, and I’m still very active in the CrossFit community as both a competitor and coach at Mad Apple CrossFit. In 2026, I was also honored to be named the Fort Wayne Real Producers Rising Star.
When I’m not closing deals, winning offers, or working out, you’ll probably find me coaching CrossFit or walking my beloved dog, Teddy. I bring a lot of energy to what I do, and I’m proud to put that same drive into helping my clients make their next move.
