As Director of Operations at Anthony REALTORS, I oversee everything from transaction management and agent coaching to operations, events, and growth. My role is about building and running systems that empower our agents to deliver top-tier service. I believe exceptional service starts with a passion for helping others, and I thrive on making the life-changing milestone of homeownership as seamless as possible.
With a background in kitchen management, an International Baccalaureate Diploma, and college studies in Business Management, Accounting, & Hispanic Linguistics, I excel in fast-paced environments where efficiency, detail, and communication are key. Problem-solving is second nature to me, and I bring a well-rounded and lively approach to leadership.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my cat, Freyja, reading (cookbooks and fantasy to the front), playing board games with my fiancé, working on my improv chops, camping, singing, and painting.
