We also include dramatic aerial photography and  3D virtual tours   ✔️ Digital Marketing/Identify Niche Markets. As professional marketers, it's critical for us to identify your target market. Of course we will expose your home to everyone in the market and this “shotgun” approach is what the MLS and Zillow does for us. This is generally where every other real estate agent stops. We, on the other hand, identify specific niches in the market who are most likely to be interested in your home and we double down our marketing efforts on them  ✔️ Establish Scarcity. Because of that we want to launch your property on late Thursday evening or Friday morning so we can catch that momentum and create a lot of urgency in the market. We want buyers and agents to say “its going to be a crazy hot weekend, they are going to get a lot of showings and probably multiple offers, we need to jump on this quickly”  ✔️ Open Houses That Work.
